Refund & Return Policy



Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hair and cosmetic products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.


However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:


  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong product
  • Your order is lost in transit



To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Your email should include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • A short description of the issue



Once reviewed and approved, Ascend Studios will provide either:


  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method






Non-Refundable Situations



Refunds will not be issued if:


  • The product has been opened or used
  • The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery
  • An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout
